Here's what Priya, who is a regular at the Family Day programme has to say...

"My daughter used to cry to come to the park initially. Slowly she started to play with some of the equipments, the swing being her favourite. She then started exploring other equipments. Initially, she would allow only her brother to sit next to her but today, I saw her sitting with some children from a nearby school, who were taking care of her. She seemed to enjoy all the attention!"

Gayatri Devi Park

On Feb 21st, we'll have the first ever visit to the new inclusive play space at Gayatri Devi park. 25 children with severe disabilities will visit the playspace- many for the first time!

10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at Gayatri Devi Park, Rajajinagar. We would love to see you there!

Coles Park

21st Feb 2009, we will have our Family's Day Out at Coles Park- a weekly event where 12-15 families with children with autism and typically developing children meet and have fun. Volunteers play with the children while parents spend time catching up with each other.

We now have a Play group comprising of mostly children with developmental disabilities using the play space every Saturday morning. We would like more and more families to join us.

Every Saturday at Coles Park from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. Do come!       Map
